here's a few more things ...

and a major reason why I have not been posting more. In the past I made cakes that tasted good, but did not look like too much. I learned a little more last year, like frosting evenly, basic fondant, and piping flowers, etc. This year, I am trying for a whole new level! I like the way this cake came out. I wasn't sure when I was doing it, but I followed through, and I think that the overall effect was good. Not too difficult - just a steady hand was needed. Hope you like it.
