These weren’t here the last time we visited Maine two years ago, but they are charming. A sign proclaims it the Fence of Love, and people were leaving locks even as I snapped these. Have you ever left a “love lock”?

This was in Portland. They weren't there when I was there two years ago either. Since there weren't a ton of locks, I think it is something newer.
