That Martha Stewart does exceptionally well.   Organizing and crafting definitely place on top of the list.  Put them together, and you have a swoon worthy craft room as only Martha can do.  Divine.  I have a similar space in my home, a finished attic space, walk-up, that we are in the process of re-doing as a play area for the children.  I need to get all these little things out from underfoot, you see.  But maybe one day, when they are older, the space will be all mine … hmmm… a girl can dream, can’t she?  Until then, stop by Collage of Life for some more great craft rooms.

Sweet dreams, indeed.

Best,

Stephanie

  1. This space would be a dream come true. And the fact that you have a potential for your own similar space down the road is so great! (I'm lucky if I can carve out a corner of my family room...ack.)

And thanks for your always-sweet comments on my blog. They make my day! :)

  2. Just stumbled accross your blog. I'd love a space like this. I have hopes for when we remodel our basement but at the moment it looks like a gymboree class down there....so I understand how play areas trump dedicated space for mom!

  3. Lucky you! Even if it's the children's space for the time being... I've always wanted a home with a sweet little finished attic! Martha's is ridiculously perfect---I don't know how she does it?! Good luck with your own! XO
