seaside …

We went out to dinner Friday night at a little restaurant on a marina near home.

This was the view on the way to the water.

And this was what our table overlooked.

A quick view of the restaurant.

And then a walk along the dock back to the car.

Is there anything better than eating outside near the water?

Have a great week!
Best,

Stephanie

  8. Having a meal by the water is absolutely delightful. By any chance is this the Hudson River? I live in California now but grew up in a small town on the Hudson River. I miss the area very much. Your pictures are beautiful.

PS. Thank you for your lovely comment :)

  9. Wonderful Stephanie..now what I want to know is what you had to eat??
Fried clams, lobster, scallops....double dipped chocolate covered ice cream??? I hope it was something sinful and delicious!!

Can you tell I am really missing not getting back to the East Coast this summer??

Hope you are having a great one :):)

  10. I can remember going to a place on the water in Port Washington when I was a kid. My dad owned a waterfront restaurant in Island Park. It is now Paddy McGees.

  11. Absolutely not! We ate outside a couple of times while on vacation and just having the fresh air & water is very nice.
