I’ve shared the tree with you, so I thought I should share some of the details with you.
First up is the little vintage village I won from Heather Bullard last year. I think it’s so charming!
After years of watching the stockings tumble from their holders, we started hanging them on the sunroom windows for a little extra cheer. If it works, it works, right?
A little Candy Village to sweeten the holidays…
An old toy restyled with a little help of an old dollhouse Christmas tree into a decoration for my desk …
All through the house, from the front door to the back, the overriding theme is fruits and flowers. You’ll see them throughout the photos to come.
And it wouldn’t be Christmas without some baked goodies.
Below are two of my favorites – I love these. (See the little pears hiding behind?)
Little elves peek from every corner.
And finally, the mantle, viewed from either direction.
Hope you liked my little Christmas tour!
Best,
Stephanie

Hi Stephanie,
ReplyDeleteThis is my first time here.. and I'm adding looking forward to following your blog. Your home is lovely and you've done a gorgeous job on your mantle. The little village you won last year is adorable and I like the candy village:) It reminds me of the gingerbread house I have ~ front row and center in my kitchen. It smells so good! Your tree ornaments are so pretty and I like all the details (great idea to add pear!)
Enjoy the holiday and sending best wishes for the new year.
P.S. I'm your newest follower!

Your mantel is beautiful! The little houses from Heather are adorable! Lucky you!
ReplyDeleteI like where you put your stockings. We couldn't get ours on the mantel this year because I have icicle fringe hanging off it. So for right now they're sitting in a chair. We've dubbed it the Christmas stocking chair!
i love your little village!! merry christmas sweet friend! your card is on it's way :) xo suz
ReplyDeleteI loved the tour, it looks beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI think of you every time I see the pretty ornament you gave me on my kitchen tree!
Merry Christmas, dear Stephanie! Enjoy your family!
Absolutely lovely mantel. My favorite though is your car and tree!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year, dear Stephanie!
Wishing you happiness, good health and good cheer!
And that makes for three exclamation marks.
