because …

Because it’s almost summer… because I love you guys … because everyone loves a bargain … I have to share with you.

I usually wear a pretty pricey foundation.  But sometimes, especially in summer, it’s just too much.  I never wore Cover Girl, even when I was younger.   But then I read about this particular tinted moisturizer again and again and everyone was raving about it.  After passing it in the supermarket, I threw it in the cart.  (You can also find it at drugstores and Target too.)  It gives a completely natural finish, evens out your skin tone and moisturizes.  Once it’s on, you’d never know.  I top it off with a little powder on the nose to control shine and I’m good.

I have to tell you, all I ever hear when I use it is how good my skin looks.  Because it doesn’t look “makeup-y”.  And it doesn’t sweat off in those dog days of summer.  With a little bronzer and then some gloss I’m out the door in about 5 minutes flat.  All that for around $6?  Oh yeah, I feel the love.

Best,

Stephanie
